Break the goal down until it’s "too small to fail." Don’t "Work out"—just "Put on your gym shoes."

Your brain gets bored. Move to a coffee shop, a different room, or go outside. Movement = Momentum.

Are you Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired? Fix the biology before you blame your mindset.

Stop looking at the task and start looking at the outcome. Who are you doing this for?
